1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any services provided by iVisionstech, including but not limited to software development, consulting, or digital solutions, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Offered

iVisionstech provides custom software development and related digital services, which may include:

• Web and mobile application development

• UI/UX design

• IT consultancy

• Software maintenance and support

• Cloud integration

• Digital transformation services

All services are provided under mutually agreed project scopes, proposals, or service level agreements (SLAs).

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete project requirements.

• Respond in a timely manner to requests for information, feedback, and approvals.

• Make timely payments according to the agreed schedule.

• Respect the intellectual property rights of iVisionstech.

4. Payment Terms

• Payments must be made as per the milestones defined in the proposal or agreement.

• Delayed payments beyond 15 days may result in suspension of work or services.

• All fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated.

5. Intellectual Property

• iVisionstech retains all rights to tools, code libraries, frameworks, or software components developed prior to or independently of the client’s project.

• Upon full payment, clients will receive full ownership or license of the final deliverables as agreed.

• iVisionstech may showcase non-confidential project work for portfolio purposes.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all non-public business, technical, and financial information confidential. This obligation shall survive the termination of any agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability

iVisionstech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services, including but not limited to data loss, service interruptions, or financial losses.

8. Warranty and Support

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Projects are delivered “as-is” after acceptance and testing.

• A limited warranty period (typically 30 days) is provided for bug fixes.

• Ongoing support and maintenance can be arranged separately.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice:

• For breach of contract (after allowing time to remedy).

• For convenience, with advance notice (usually 15–30 days), and payment for work completed up to that point.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Insert jurisdiction or country], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms
