Client Responsibilities:

Delays in providing required materials, approvals, or feedback may impact project timelines and costs. Clients must ensure that any content, data, or materials provided do not infringe on third-party rights or violate applicable laws.
Service Delivery and Deadlines:
We are committed to delivering high-quality services within agreed-upon timelines. However, unforeseen circumstances, such as technical challenges or client delays, may impact project schedules. iVision Tech is not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control. Any changes to project scope or deadlines will be communicated and documented in advance.
Payment Terms:
Clients agree to pay the fees outlined in their respective contracts. Payment terms, including milestones and due dates, will be specified in the agreement. Late payments may incur additional charges, and iVision Tech reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the agreement.
Intellectual Property Rights:
Upon full payment, the client will own the final deliverables of the project. iVision Tech retains the right to use non-confidential project elements for portfolio or promotional purposes. Any pre-existing intellectual property, such as proprietary tools or software used during the project, remains the property of iVision Tech unless explicitly transferred.
Confidentiality:
We respect your privacy and will maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive information shared during the project. Similarly, clients are expected to treat any proprietary methods, tools, or information from iVision Tech as confidential.
Limitations of Liability:
While we strive to provide reliable and error-free services, iVision Tech is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. Our liability is limited to the fees paid by the client for the specific service in question
Amendments and Updates:
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
